Soumya Sharma is a qualified Clinical Psychologist, licensed by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI No.: CRR-A113226), and is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Gold Medalist) from Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal. She further completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology with distinction from the Institute of Mental Health & Hospital (erstwhile Agra Mental Hospital), Agra—one of India’s premier mental health institutions. Soumya works with children, adolescents, and adults, offering psychological assessments and therapy for a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns. She believes in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, where clients feel heard, supported, and understood. Alongside her clinical work, Soumya has a strong interest in research and academic writing, especially in the areas of Clinical and Positive Psychology. She has contributed to more than three book chapters published in Scopus-indexed books, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
