1. Appointment Fee:
– The appointment fee must be submitted before the scheduled consultation.
2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the consultation are eligible for a refund.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the consultation are not eligible for any refund.
– No refunds will be processed if the client misses an appointment.
3. Consultation Guidelines
– Only one person is eligible for consultation in the Individual consultation session.
– In couple counseling, both individuals must be present in the first session.
– Bargaining before or after the session is not entertained.
4. Behavior Expectations:
– Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We expect a healthy and respectful bond to promote healing and harmony.
