Policy for Appointments
The appointment fee must be submitted prior to the consultation.
In case of any cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to consultation, the appointment fee is eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the consultation will not be eligible for any refund.
No refund is liable to be processed in case the client misses an appointment.
Only one person is eligible for consultation in the Individual consultation session.
Please note that no bargaining will be entertained before or after the session.
In the case of couple counseling, both individuals must be present in the first session.
Your cooperation in upholding the policy is appreciated. No inappropriate behavior will be entertained whatsoever. We expect to have a healthy and respectful bond to promote healing and harmony.

- The video connection may not work, or it may stop working during the session due to technical reasons. We will try to connect back to you soon.
- The client may feel the online therapy method is not appropriate for him/her after the first or a few sessions. In such a case, therapy mode can be changed to offline for the rest of the sessions.
- The video or audio transmission may not be clear due to technical reasons unknown. We will try to ensure the optimum facilities from our side, please ensure a stable connection and an optimum device from your end as well.
